How Passweave handles your draft, your saved editions and the files you choose to export.

This policy describes Passweave version 1.0.1, a creative football sequence editor, and this accompanying website. The app is a tool for original compositions; scene artwork does not depict verified academy events or real matches.
Contents ↑Your workspace
The app stores the draft you create, saved sequence editions, frame positions, durations, captions, sequence notes, scene bookmarks and preferences. You choose the text you enter. Please avoid putting sensitive personal information into captions or notes.
Contents ↑Storage on your device
Workspace records are stored in private app storage on your Android device. Android confirms each saved workspace checkpoint before the app reports it as saved. Existing records from an older version are read from its local WebView storage and copied into this private workspace record. They are used to reopen and edit your own work. The app does not send these records to an app-operated server.
Contents ↑Drafts and editions
Draft changes are saved during editing. Saving an edition creates a separate snapshot. Opening an edition as a copy creates a working draft while leaving that edition intact. A saved edition is not an online backup.
Contents ↑Accounts and identifiers
This build does not create an app account, ask you to sign in or register a profile with a server. It does not use advertising identifiers or a device identifier for an app-operated analytics service.
Contents ↑Network access
Core content, fonts, illustrations and editing functions are bundled with the app. The Android manifest does not request Internet permission. The internal app.passweave.local address is intercepted inside the app to serve bundled files; it is not a public service request. Optional email, dialer and website links open separate applications, which may use connectivity under their own terms. Sequence records are not attached to those actions.

The app does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location or broad storage permissions. Export uses the Android document picker so you can select a particular destination.
Contents ↑Exporting a storyboard
When you choose Export storyboard, the app creates a PNG containing the current frames and captions. The document picker writes that image to the location you choose. It may include personal information if you typed that information into the sequence.
Contents ↑Exporting a project
Export project creates a JSON document containing the sequence’s title, note, token records, positions, durations and captions. The format is a record of the project, not an encrypted archive. Keep the file private if your content is private.
Contents ↑Your chosen file provider
A destination in Android’s document picker can be local storage or a cloud provider you have installed. A cloud provider may upload the file according to its own settings and policy. Passweave does not control that provider. Cancelling the picker leaves the open sequence unchanged.
Contents ↑Removing stored work
You can delete a saved edition from Editions and remove a scene bookmark from its detail page. Starting another draft replaces the open draft after confirmation. Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling removes the local workspace. Files previously exported remain with their chosen provider until you remove them there.
Contents ↑Retention and backups
Local workspace records remain until you remove them or app storage is cleared. Android automatic app backup is disabled in this build. The app does not operate a cloud synchronization or recovery service. Keep exports separately if you want to retain a copy.
Contents ↑Analytics and advertising
The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting SDK. It does not send usage events to an app-operated reporting service. Android or a device vendor may collect system diagnostics under their own settings.
Contents ↑Bundled artwork
Bundled illustrations are original product artwork used as creative atmosphere. They are separate from editable pitch coordinates and are not evidence of coaching results, real participants or actual matches. Viewing them does not submit a request to an image-generation service.
Contents ↑Security boundaries
The workspace benefits from Android’s app-private storage boundaries. This is not a promise that user records are encrypted by Passweave. A person able to use your unlocked device may be able to open the app. Release code protection does not encrypt your captions or exports.
Contents ↑Audience and user choices
Passweave is a creative tool for people making their own football-inspired scenes. It does not require an age, name or personal profile. Avoid including another person’s private information in your work. Device and store controls remain managed through their respective services.
Contents ↑This website and future changes
This static website bundles its fonts and artwork and includes a local timing demonstration. It contains no analytics or submission form. A hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as IP address and browser details when serving the site; the supplied companion website is https://pasacademy.pages.dev/. The host processes request information needed to serve and protect the pages. Email and telephone links open your chosen applications. A future app version that changes data practices needs a corresponding policy update.
